This cuisine originated in the tribal region of Baltistan. These dishes are cooked using special balti paste made of fresh garlic, spring onions, ginger, capsicum and tomatoes to create a rich flavour.

Tandoori Grilled Selection

Tandoori dishes are cooked in clay oven. All preparations are first marinated in yoghurt, fresh herbs & a special sauce & roasted on skewers. Served with salad & mint sauce
